SHIPPING
We will process all orders within 5-7 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods.
You’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs.
TRACKING
If you have any trouble tracking your parcel, please email support@aamoment.com. We’d be happy to help you out!
Please note that tracking is active during 60 days so we won’t be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address they provide . Incorrect shipping address information will delay the delivery of your order. In the event that your order is returned due to insufficient or wrong address information, no refund will be provided to you.
Any items returned to us for incomplete or insufficient address information will be re-sent once the customer has paid for postage.
